Working Life = Dog's Life

I heard this story from one of my partner. His brother is working as an engineer in one of the US MNC company in Penang for almost 7 years. One of a sudden day, his big manager invite all those engineers, assistant managers and managers into a meeting room. His big manager start to tell the article that he get from US.

The story begin like this:

One day, there is a dog went to a butcher stall at the market. The butcher "halau" the dog, but the dog came back again n again. The butcher start curious, what the dog want. The dog open his mouth and there is a list of menu and also a packet of money. The butcher give the meat according to the list as well as the changes. The butcher feel impressed when he knew that the dog can do so many things. The butcher close his shop immediately and follow the dog.

The dog ran until the road, and press on the traffic light, wait the light turn green then he cross the road. The butcher feel more impressed and curious how come a dog can wat watever humans did. Then continue, the butchher follow the dog till bus station. The dog raise his hand and stop the bus! The dog stand beside the bus driver and when reach destination, the dog shake his tail so that the driver knoe that is teh place he wana get down.

The dog ran n ran n ran to the owner house. The dog drog the packet of meat in the house then ran to the other corner and rang the door bell. The owner came out, he take the changes and keep on hitting the dog with the wood. But the dog didnt ran away..

The butcher ask the owner why he did that to the dog. The butcher tell the owner that his dog is very clever and intelligence. The butcher told the whole story of what the dog had did in the market till here. The owner replied, i hit him because he the dog forgot to take the house key for twice this week.

The big manager then ask all their staff, what morale from this story you get? WORKING LIFE = DOG'S LIFE. No matter how your boss screwed your up, backstab you or watever they did, you still be there for them. And the big manager do told them that he also currently living in a dog's life because whenever his superior press on him, he need to press on them.

Different people have different expectation. You might get an appreciation from your current manager or boss...but this not mean you will get the same from other boss or manager. Who can predict that the company wont change manager or boss...who can predict they will stay in 1 company for whole life.

In this article, i really respect the big manager because he told this story to all his staff and do admit himself is living in a dog's life.

Salary Calculation..

A lot of new graduates .. unemployed in the market now .. everyone is tryng to safe their ass from being burn! But, did you guys realise how much is the salary for a fresh grad? and how much can they save?

Heard from some of the seniors saying that if a fresh grad can get an income for 2k and above, they should laff till the tears out! So let make you guys can have a laff for a while be4 i calculate .. Yeah, now are hired with salary 2.5k.... HAPPY?

Let us see what we do do and save for this money..

Salary:
2500 - EPF 300 = RM2200

Expenses:
300(Meal) + 500(car installment) + 150(phone) + 150(insurance) + 200(pleasure) + (300(parents) + 400(parking + petrol) = 2000

Monthly Saving :
2200 - 2000 = 200

Yearly expenses :
1200 (car insurance + roadtax) + 400(car maintenance) = 1600

Yearly Saving :
(200 * 12) - 1600 = 800

Whats the feeling now? Worries...? or u think that happy cox still have money to save? If you start worries, then i should congrats you..cox for sure you will do something for it!...but if u feel happy, then you are going to ruin your life! Why i say so?..hehe

How much downpayment for a house and a car..? Let assume you wana buy a normal import car and normal landed property...Lets continue the calculation..

800 * 30 = 24000 (30 years later)

Ok! you guys might say that, got increment la dude!..okie..but dunt forget, got increment, got infilation as well... how much increment u can get per year? but then think again.. how many percent petrol being increase last year? shorter it, you can save 24000 for 20 years, shorter 10 years. By that time, what can you do with the 24000? Might be you able to pay your downpayment... Is that mean you only will be suffering your financial tighten for all those installment...(your age + 20years = the time you start paying your house).

For girls might be better...still have husband or bf to bare of something...but how about guys out there? the 24000 is not included of getting married..travel and other occasion!

You planning to get a 200k house, what is the price for the house after 20 years? or what house you can buy with your 24k after 20 years?

This is my calculation... dunno whether you guys think it logic or not!.....

Club Med Trip on 2th-5th March ' 06

I being force to go for this trip, it is not cheap...RM1700. There is no excuse that i avoiding to go cox all my downline partners are going. But after the trip, i can loudly say that i didnt regret.

1st day
-------
Arrive at the depart area at 7am and preparing to mix up with other people in different bus. Because we have booked the whole club med, so there is 600+ people going..so that, there are 15 busses which are are matches the theme of Wold Cup ao that those busses are Asia 1,2 and 3, South America 1,2 and 3, Europe 1,2 and 3, Oceania 1,2 and 3 and Africa 1,2 and 3. I'm in Europe 3.

In the bus, there are election or volunteer for some of the event. I'm in freestyle event which is we need to come out something within the 3 minutes performance which are related to World Cup and our company.

We reach Club Med around 2:30pm. Then got welcoming and also swimming competition at 5pm. Then had dinner at 7pm, too bad...i drink so much again. Still have rehersal for the freestyle and cheer!

After dinner, we gather for rehersal, but i feel dizzy...luckilly not vomit. So sorry for those other participants. But i still stand for the rehersal until 4am.

2nd day

Woke up 6:30am, went for breakfast..then practice for the cheer! At 10am, there got soccer and archery competition. After all, went back and have a shower and lunch. 3pm we have the competition for cheer and the freestyle. We got 2nd for cheer and champion for freestyle. From here i knoe that there is nothing can be done! Every group is doing well, proud of them because can come with a nice freestyle in a short time of period.

3rd day

Woke up 6:30am, prepare for the endurance. Wow! here is the event that touch me the most. The team work, the spirit of not giving up, the support and the very clear intention. My tears really come out when i saw those. After those event, i went to play rock climbing, bounce ball and superman.

We had dinner at 7pm, we gather and went in earlier so can sit together. not going to drink so much cox later got performance and also got partying. All beer is freeflow.

Then after the show, went for a party. Dance line nobody business cox alr being booked the whole club. Drink like hell cox is free. Most all dance in just a short for guy and bikini for girl.

4th day

Woke up 9am, went for breakfast and Steven give a speech. There is nothing much special of being a Marquis, the value is drop from year to year. Year 2004, there only 80 marquis acheive, year 2005, there is more than 400 marquis achieve. Duke, there is 3 duke in year 2004 and 8 in 2005.

Now all is going for challenging Duke. My target for this year also challenging Duke even though i knoe that there is a bit tough. Become Duke, the income can go minimum 6 figure. I might be those who are greedy, but there is no ppl in the world are not interested in money.


Marquis Andrew Lim. Salute him, been in this business for 2 years, going to challenging duke. In this 2 years, already had 1 BMW 3series import edition and do buy a house for his parent. Paiseh to say, same age with me.

Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year to all. There is nothing much for this CNY except didnt go back hometown and need to work during this long public holiday.

I just think is not my luck for last year. Whatever i earn online for the whole year, i lost in HYIPs in just few days. More than 10 HYIPs being hacked on Friday. All the data gone, no backup, means all my money gone.

Not to be greedy, just stay at work, monthly get basic thats is enaff. Dun ever think how to earn extra, worst come to worst, cant earn and need to lost.

Chinese New Year around the corner!

Seem to be i long time didnt login into my blog...is time for me to blog something...hehe

Next week is chinese new year...so you guys got what plan? For me...sadly to say, i need to work from eve (28/1) till 4th of Chinese New Year (1/2).... Cox i m on shift... if i take leave, means i rugi 500++ per day... Since everyone knoe that i m money minded...doesnt care too much...wahaha

Actually quite many things happen in the last few months...but no idea from whr to start blogging...so nvmla...start all from 2006 la....

Look back, 2005 just past easily...What had we achieved? Seem nothing...money? love? career? seem none of it belongs to me.... And look forward...whats the plan for 2006.. no idea tooo.....blank out...

Got few things wana achieve for this year....but dunno can or not....

Tired but Enjoy!!!

Seem to be my life back to 4 years ago...full of motivated...myself dun really knoe that this is a good or bad things...As many people knoe that, i'm a MLMers....

Few years ago, i'm that kind of very anti-MLM...dunt even try to talk MLM to me...cox i hate selling...and i knew that, once u become MLMers... your fren will become lesser n lesser...very irratating..

4 years ago, one of my fren come over to me and try to convince me...As a fren i joined as a end user since the member fees only $50... But from there...i make my first move...i change my lifestyle.... Not to say very active and earn much ... but i do learn something that cant learn in working or studying life...

In 2 years time, i attend a lot of motivation talk..attend a lot of seminar... Many people do ask me, why need to be so tired...earn so much money for wat..? but honestly, i enjoy that kind of life... Not the company change my lifestyle and thinking...but then the seminar and motivation talk that change my mind set...

I cried in the seminar....and i really need to thank to the speaker...do u guys ever think... why that our father can support the whole family with the income of 3k while we as a child of them... cant even support him alone with the income of 3k?
Is that their responsible that give us had the good life? is that their responsible to support us till college? or we too selfish...? Think it twice... is becox mostly of our income will go to our priority...entertainment, clothes, car etc...sometime still need to ask pocket money back from them.... I really wana treat my parents for a trip...but need to use how long to save the money...if i got..i also will spend it for myself first... becox we selfish...

I rest for almost 2 years...now seem to be back into that life again... Attend a lot of seminar..meeting...motivation talk... Joined new MLM company (Lampe Berger/ LB)... I cant say that i very success....but at least i got something to proud of myself...i able to settle myself everything on my own... Travel from 1 place to 1 place...attend seminar at Malacca after night shift...then come back work...then need to go Penang.... is this the life all of us want...?

Now was thinking...since already make my decision...will go for it... but need to go for 2.5k or 30k? If i go for 30k now, i sure will resign and being fulltime... Many people ask me..."siao boh" 30k.... i say yes... becox as wat i say...2.5k, for some ppl, only just a mothly salary...so if they dunt work for it..they just assume that drop or use it..can earn back...they wont put 100% effort.... but if 30k, u got no choice...u must work for it...there is no more TRY...

I met my fren in one of the seminar last week...long time didnt met him alr since 2 years ago...i feel touch that he THANK me...3 years ago, i prospecting him, brought him to seminar and motivation class....now he earning more than our added up salary...he said not becox of i brought him to this kind of line...he still is a frangrance consultant... now he is earning more than 20k a month...

I do face a lot of rejection...but still need to do...We need to do soemthing that we are not interested to earn something that we want...Anyone who like working...No, but why still working ...becox of money... Is that really local made car better...or we cant afford to buy import car?

All this just my thinking...there is no offended...
